This is Chibiusa in a special dress requested by :iconmasterofra:.

I hope that her anatomy is all right because when I draw really big like this it is hard to put it all in proportion; I have to hold the picutre far away to see the entire body. ^^;

I know it is an un-dynamic pose. Let's pretend it's a portrait.

Maybe I will add a background to enliven it.
