Duh, I had this idea of Neo Queen Serenity transitioning to Cosmos, and was talking about Chibiusa ascending the throne as Neo Princess Serenity. Some people expressed constructive criticism about that idea and gave me a better alternative. Turns out that I had arrived at the same idea before. Looking back through my old notes.
